Production materials of stamping parts: PS, ABS, PET, PC, HIPS, PE and other plastic materials, special requirements can be made of metal.

PC material: that is, Polycarbonate (Polycarbonate), abbreviated as PC, is a colorless transparent non-qualitative thermoplastic material. Its name comes from the CO3 group inside it.

Chemical properties: Polycarbonate is resistant to weak acid and neutral oil. Polycarbonate is not resistant to ultraviolet light, not resistant to strong alkali.

Physical properties: Specific gravity: 1.18-1.20 g/cm ³ Molding shrinkage: 0.5-0.8% Molding temperature: 230-320℃ Drying conditions: 110-120℃

8 hours can be used for a long time at -60~120℃. Material properties High impact strength, good dimensional stability, colorless transparent, good coloring, electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, but poor self-lubrication, stress cracking tendency, high temperature easy hydrolysis, and other resin compatibility is poor. Suitable for making small instrument parts, insulated transparent parts and impact resistant parts.

Material characteristics: amorphous material, good thermal stability, wide molding temperature range, poor fluidity. Small moisture absorption, but sensitive to water, must be dried. Forming shrinkage is small, easy to melt cracking and stress concentration, so the molding conditions should be strictly controlled, plastic parts must be annealed; The melting temperature is high, the viscosity is high, and the plastic parts greater than 200g should be heated and extended nozzle. The plastic fluidity is poor, the mold pouring system is rough and short as the principle, should set a cold well, the gate should be large, the mold should be heated; Material temperature is too low will cause lack of material, plastic parts luster, material temperature is too high easy to overflow edge, plastic parts foaming. When the mold temperature is low, the shrinkage rate is small, the elongation rate is small, the impact strength is low, and the bending, compressive and tensile strength is low. When the mold temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the plastic parts cool slowly and are easy to deform and stick to the mold. The wall of the plastic part is not suitable for too thick, and should be uniform to avoid sharp corners and notches

Material characteristics: high strength, tensile strength 69MPa, bending strength 96MPa; High temperature resistance, long-term use can withstand 130 degrees Celsius temperature environment; Good transparency, *; Raw material color matching and surface coating are not as good as ABs; Pc should choose high mobility grade. Suitable for clamshell machines and mobile phones used in harsh environments.

PC disadvantages: poor wear resistance. Some polycarbonate devices used for abrasive applications require special treatment of the surface.

PS: Polyplastic resin, a kind of thermoplastic synthetic resin, is used in the electronics and electrical appliances industry.

PS: Belongs to polystyrene, commonly known as hard glue. In the plastic industry referred to as: PS proportion :1.05 g/cm ³ molding shrinkage :0.6-0.8% Molding temperature: 170-250℃

Material properties: Excellent electrical insulation (especially high frequency insulation), colorless and transparent, light transmittance second only to organic glass, colouring water resistance, good chemical stability, general strength, brittle quality, easy to produce stress brittle cracking, benzene resistance. Gasoline and other organic solvents. Suitable for making insulating transparent parts. Decorative parts and chemical instruments, optical instruments and other parts.

Molding performance: amorphous material, small moisture absorption, do not need to be fully dry, not easy to decompose, but the coefficient of thermal expansion is large, easy to produce internal stress, good fluidity, available screw or plunger injection machine molding; It is advisable to use high material temperature, high mold temperature, low injection pressure, prolonging injection time is conducive to reducing internal stress and preventing shrinkage. Metamorphosis; Various forms of gate can be used, and the gate is connected with the plastic part in an arc, so as not to damage the plastic part when the gate is removed. Large demoulding slope and uniform ejection. The wall thickness of the plastic parts is uniform, as far as possible without inserts, if there are inserts should be preheated.


The three functions of stamping parts carry belts
