Now in additin to physical illness,mental illness can also cause death, such as depression. let's talk about some of the characteristics of depression:

long-term insomnia can not fall asleep.
sudden weightloss or gain
numbness,loss of sensation
persistent low mood
it's hard to cry out
think nothing is interesting,want nothing.
i don't think i should exist and so on.......

I just talked about some of the manifestations of depression now how do you suppress depression:

1. when you are sad, you will cry to your friend and seek comfort

2. do some exercise

3. do something else to diatract yourself

4. listen music

5. be grateful and content

grief is like tide,it comes with a ferocity,but it fades over time.depression is like a dark winter in the arctic,you will fel lifeless,it is like a gray background,stretching on and on,or like a cloud over the head, can not be dispersed.
