The role of dimethyl silicone oil

Dimethylsilicone oil refers to a linear polymer of dimethylsiloxane. Dimethyl silicone oil is obtained by hydrolysis and condensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and a small amount of monochlorotrimethylsilane, with different viscosities due to different degrees of polymerization. Linear polymers can be classified into multiple types based on their different kinematic viscosities. Dimethylsilicone oil is mainly used in pharmaceutical preparation as an anti water agent, anti adhesive, lubricant, release agent, defoamer, and is a component of emulsion or cream matrix. This product is non-toxic and non irritating to the skin, so you can take it with confidence. Disinfection treatment is recommended three times a day, with a dose of 0.1-0.2g. The main method for rescuing acute pulmonary edema is to use aerosols.
